All orders take 5-8 business days for processing. Once processed, orders take 2-4 days for shipping.

Refund Policy
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL * You will have 48 hours after
receiving your item, to email us with ANY concerns. You
will have to send pictures of your hair, so we can better
accommodate you. Hair must be untouched and in original
packaging. For more about this process, please email us

*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE* 

If you're refunded and it was processed already, the shipping and taxes will be deducted from your refund. 
Within 24 hours of receiving the wig, you will have the option to receive store credit or the
option to exchange the item. However, ALL SALES ARE
FINAL.
Please keep in mind when you dye the hair, the hair is no
longer virgin hair. Please get it professionally dyed.
